RESPONSIBILITIES : - Preparing and reviewing of Corporate Tax and Goods and Services Tax, Fatca, Transfer Pricing for the Company as a whole - Preparing internal memoranda, written correspondence/guidance, private letter rulings and other documents for submission to the IRS or Treasury Department - Preparing Tax liability to be borne by different line of businesses - Providing subject matter expertise and communicate updates and or recommendations relating to direct and indirect tax - Detecting, escalating and fixing data anomalies for quality control process REQUIREMENTS : - 6+ years of Taxation - Direct (Corporate) and Indirect Tax (GST, Transfer Pricing) - Degree in a Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree a plus - Experience with Taxation Matters preferred - Exposure to Insurance Industry would be preferred WHATS IN FOR YOU : - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations/function of the company. - Liaise extensively with stakeholders.
