We're Hiring Manager - Taxation & Audit For a leading Chartered Accountant Firm

Manager - Taxation & Audit

Male candidate only

Post CA Qualification : 3 to 4 years experience ( Preferably from a midsize CA Firm only)

Location: Mumbai - Dadar

Job Description:

- Execution, supervising, and ensuring the timeliness of deliverables

- Monitoring and supervising team members

- Independently leading and ensuring execution, advising, and handling clientele for

- Retainer services for monthly accounts, management reports, and compliances with TDS and GST

- Statutory audits of the company

- Income tax compliances including tax audits and filings

- Transfer pricing structuring advisory, compliances, and preparing study reports

- Tax planning and advisory for various types of entities.

- Basic knowledge of DTAA interpretation and issuance of certificates including 15CA/CB

- Strong understanding of income tax law

- Basic knowledge of internal audits

- All other statutory compliances

- Basic knowledge of GST regulations

Traits:

- Worked with a mid-size CA firm and looking after all compliances for corporate entities

- Hands-on working experience on finalization of accounts, accounting standards, audit, income tax, compliance advisory, etc.

- Problem-solving attitude

- Able to handle clients independently

- Good grip on accounting concepts

- Basic knowledge about GST, ROC

- Have handled compliances for Private Limited clients (size of the clients served to be 5 crores to 50+ crores), LLPs, HNIs, NRIs, etc

- Excellent verbal & written English communication

- Able to lead and monitor team of Accountant and Article assistants

- Good grip on accounting software such as Tally ERP9/Prime, tax software, etc.
