Service Operation Manager

Job Description :

- To close accounts for Directors (8 personal accounts) and the group companies (6 companies)

- Responsible to gather contract notes and relevant papers required

- Working experience of GST compliances, TDS deductions and filling them.

- Understanding on opening of accounts, managing EPFO, professional tax for employers joining the group companies and also coordinate with various consultants and auditors working part time with the company on the related activities.

- To be a SPOC for the Directors and employees of the company and the external auditors/Tax Consultants working with the company.

- Advance tax working and finalization of accounts yearly.

Experience Required :

- Managing/Exposure to multiple areas of taxation (GST/TDS/Income Tax/Professional Tax)

- Looking at candidates with great exposure to the various areas of taxation/bank reconciliation /Investment activities

- Ability to learn, update with new compliances on regular basis and multi task various responsibilities for the Group Companies

Qualification :

- CA Inter/M.COM preferred with 4+ years' experience in CA firms.

- Additional CS degree will be an added advantage.
