Manager - Tax - Real Estate (6-12 yrs)
Tax Manager (Real Estate experience only)
Must-Have Qualifications :
- Chartered Accountant(CA)/ Certified Public Accountant(CPA)/ Enrolled Agent(EA) is a must
- 6+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Notice Period should be 1 month or less
- Excel knowledge
- Good communication skills are mandatory
- Basic qualifications for the opportunity
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required
- Chartered Accountant(CA)/Certified Public Accountant(CPA)/Enrolled Agent(EA) is a must
- 6+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
- Experience working with 1065, 1120, the 1120s and REITS
Ideally, you'll also have :
- Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- 1+years of supervisory experience
