Manager - Tax - Manufacturing (5-9 yrs)

- Responsible for Secretarial functions of the Business unit, Legal affairs & Company Law, Tax & Financial Compliance. (including but not restricted to dealing with ROC, MCA, SIA, RBI, FIPB, Indirect and Direct Taxes)

- Attending both statutory cum internal audit, cost, direct and indirect taxes including appearance before the Authorities (Labour,Tax & Commercial )

- Managing timely submission and e-filing of various returns/ forms for compliance under the provisions of the various acts.

- Maintenance and updation of statutory registers, records including board meeting minute books.

- Credit Control, Risk Management, Financial and Cash Flow Planning and MIS.

- Transfer Pricing (ensuring compliance and documentation) work in relation to customs, income tax and other authorities.

- Finance in Business - Process Improvement & Optimization

- Trial Balance Scrutiny and Variance analysis

- Accounting, MIS and Budgeting

Auditing:

- Statutory Audit

- Tax Audit

- Transfer Pricing Audit

- Statutory Compliances

- Secretarial Compliances and Secretarial Audit

- Internal Financial Control as per Companies Act

- Risk Control and Risk Management

- Incorporating Internal Checks and Controls into ERP System

Qualifications required for the position :

- Company Secretary & Chartered Accountant with Basic Degree in Commerce.

- IT Skills particularly in ERP Environment.

- More than 5 years relevant experience, preferably in an international company.

- Ability to communicate, Team Player and a motivated self-starter.

The position reports to Head Finance & Accounts.
