Manager - Tax & Legal - CA

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and handle all Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes (GST) payments, returns and queries

2. Prepare and review of audit financials, schedule as per Ind-AS, computation of income and advance tax

3. Review all Customer contracts and vendor contracts

4. Liaise with consultants for driving closure of Company Secretary matters

5. Lead Statutory audits under all applicable acts. Resolve audit queries, follow up for pending information with Finance, Legal etc.

6. Coordinate with Auditors to review and finalize of Financials, Schedules, Notes to accounts

7. Manage Insurances and renewals

Skills & Qualifications:

- CA first/second attempt with 2-5 years of work experience

- Experience in direct/indirect Taxation and reviewing Contracts

- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with audit teams.
