You are great at: - Analysing learning needs in line with business and Talent strategy. - Developing and delivering best in class sustainable learning solutions to enable high impact blended learning experience. - Increasing social and informal learning solutions and incorporate into learning design. - Where needed providing excellent facilitation to engage audience in virtual or face to face environments. - Partnering with vendors and/or stakeholders to design and deliver best in class learning solutions. - Carrying out capability assessments across the organisation - Applying project management best practices to ensure timely delivery. - Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs. - Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes - Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD) - Facilitating learning interventions - Creating a coaching culture in the organisation - Building frameworks for learning cohorts/ communities. - Enabling data and insights to improve learner experience and accelerate performance Required Candidate profile What it takes: - Master's in human resource management/ Industrial-Organisational Psychology/ Social Work - 3-5 years- experience in delivering/driving learning and development across reputed organisations. - High Learning Orientation and high energy - Perseverance to follow through on initiatives to drive outcomes. - Team Player/ Self-driven to leverage best out of available resources.
