Job Overview:
The role is responsible to develop and deploy programs to drive value creation in Talent Attract and Integrate space with Engagement being a secondary skill.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and designing of projects to drive value creation in Talent Attract and Integrate
- Assess and analyze current practices in the industry and within the organisation. Track and benchmark market practices
- Aptitude for research in job related areas especially Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.
- Support the implementation of key projects and initiatives that are required to address the needs of the business in terms of employee experience and retention through the employee lifecycle
- Review and adapt Talent strategic priorities and programs to support business needs and requirements
- Ensure quality standards are met consistently in all programs, compliance to standard processes, guidelines, and templates in all deliverables
- Implement Analytics programs to enhance and gain insights and identify potential areas of work
- Develop and deploy improvement initiatives and automation tools
- Have inclination to understand and deliver on projects related to talent acquisition, employee integration and employee engagement
- Have a bent of mind for superior employee experience and proactively take up initiatives that enable a positive experience.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Benchmarking of market practices and data analysis to implement best practices through automation
- Build sustainable relationship with the stakeholders by connecting, analysing their needs and by providing support
- Drive design, execution and implementation for projects and initiatives globally and time adherence
- Completion of initiatives on time and within budgets.
- Deliver seamless service to all stakeholders
- Tracking and publishing key HR metrics related to talent attract, integrate and engage
- Continuous improvement in process improvements, standardised practices and automation initiatives with relevant metrics
- Project governance and audits

Reporting to: This position reports to Sr. Manager/Director, Talent Strategy COE
Success Profile:
Qualification & Experience (Critical and Desirable)
- Degree in Human Resources will be preferred
- Prior work experience in Talent Acquisition/Integration projects
- Prior exposure to employee engagement initiatives
Know How (Critical and Desirable)
- Understanding of ITeS industry and hands on experience in Talent Acquisition/Integration
- Data analysis
- Strong understanding of hiring and onboarding processes
- Strong hold on relevant HR frameworks
- Strong marketing, brand building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with a cross cultural team
- Culture and know-how of global organizations
- Automation, recent technologies, and upcoming trends in market
- Advanced excel and presentation making skills
