Talent Sourcing Manager
- Source and recruit for roles across multiple career levels and departments.
- Build and execute recruitment strategy to include external searches, identifying top talent across multiple skillsets and career levels.
- Deliver best-in-class experience to both clients and candidates
- Conduct market research ensuring an ongoing understanding of overall recruitment landscape
- Manage and nurture client/partner relationships.
- Provide reporting and recruitment data analytics to ensure decisions are data-driven.
What You'll Need
- Passionate about talent acquisition, with a lens for exceptional candidate experience
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
- Superior communication skills with the ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with extreme ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
- A passion for adventure, zeal for the unknown & a ruthless non-conformist mindset would really help.
