- HR for Talent Management will lead all the Talent Development and centre of excellence Projects As a growing start up focused on building and developing capabilities, the incumbent will be expected to design and implement programs for Learning and Development, Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition and engagement. - Conduct and anchor Talent Assessments, identify readiness/ gaps and design and implement interventions to address talent needs at all levels of the organization - Manage compensation link to talent assessments and growth, review and propose changes on compensation strategy - Anchor Engagement framework aimed at building a sustainable culture and consistent employee experiences. Design and execute Engagement surveys and action planning annually - Identify individual and team learning needs and establishing annual learning framework to meet these.
