Key Deliverables :

1. Drive employee engagement

a. Engagement survey action planning

b. Ongoing engagement activities

2. Talent management, career and succession planning

a. Define the talent model and process to identify key talent, manage the talent identification calibration discussions, key talent development.

b. Identify career paths, critical skills and experiences needed to move across different roles and enable career progressions

c. Succession planning for key roles

3. Build the Culture aligned to its defined values

a. Develop interventions to build the desired culture and reinforce comoany values

b. Communication and social connect initiatives

c. Recognition initiatives

Critical Skills & Experience :

- Overall 5 to 8 years experience with at least 2 years of HR business partnering experience

- Ability to conceptualize and design talent management and OD interventions

- Ability to independently facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders, and connect with employees across levels.

- Ability to analyse data and draw out meaningful insights
