Job Description : Reporting into the Co-founders, Manager, Talent Management & Performance Development will work closely with HR, Training and Development Committee and business heads to design, deliver and integrate organizational behavioral capability building programs with the overall corporate strategy and to help employees realize their full potential. Successful candidate shall be responsible for designing and delivering tailored individual programs for senior and mid-level employees and group workshops for all levels with a view to improve their soft skills and behavioral competencies. Key Responsibilities : - Conducts regular meetings with key stakeholders to clarify objectives and develop an action plan that will help achieve their goals - Assess training needs across the firm through surveys, employee interviews, focus groups, or consultation with business heads - Participant selection as per organizational or individual learning needs - Devise programs to achieve identified goals and ensure relevant content development - Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. - Helps employees embrace their potential for growth and adjust their thinking so that they can facilitate improvements in their performance and change their strategies for dealing with specific issues - Conducts regular assessments and debriefs - Analyze feedback and learning transfer efficacy to modify and re-design modules accordingly - Provides non-confidential reports, feedback, and themes to key stakeholders on participant progress - Use Oxane's LMS platform to support coaching projects Required Experience/ Skill Set : - Good understanding of all facets of Talent Development, Organizational Development & Organizational Effectiveness - Strong skills in Competency Mapping and Talent Management - Designed and delivered Soft Skills and Behavioral Programs for all level of participants - Experience in delivering Behavioral and Leadership Workshops covering topics such as Positive Attitude, Effective Communication, Confidence building, Teamwork, Self- Motivation, Goal setting, Time Management, etc. - Ability to motivate and coach individuals at all levels - Strong evaluation skills and ability to analyze effectiveness of learning program - Team player with strong impulse to collaborate with others Desired Candidate Profile : - Advanced Degree in a related field preferred - Past talent management experience by having led or been part of a team that has driven talent programs in organizations - Significant business and coaching experience in a corporate or entrepreneurial setting - Minimum relevant experience of 6 years in Big 4, Investment Banking Captives or FinTech start-up environment
