Manager- Talent Management/ Organizational Development

Position Details Position Manager - Talent Management

Reports To SGM & Head - Organization Effectiveness

Place of Posting Mumbai - Kandivali

- Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Develop process guidelines for Talent Management (TM), partner with business leaders / HR for enhancing the experience

- Manage hi-potential talent programs including People Conversations (Talent Management Reviews), partnership with learning vendors, developmental assignments etc

- Liasion with Business leaders and HR for talent conversations, communication updates, partnering for talent movements

- Leverage technology (SF Talent Mgmt) and analytics (including dashboarding) extensively in bringing about process effectiveness and efficiencies

- Provide tactical support for the development of solutions under the strong guidance of COE Head

- Job Requirements Experience 2-4 years

Qualification : MBA HR

- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with line managers

General Requirements :

- General understanding of the business and the products and services offered

- Understanding of HR practices, policies and precedents in AFS HR with awareness on the underlying concepts

- Communication skills and ability to liaison with multiple stakeholders"
