This role will be responsible for various organizational developmental, take care of performance system and analytics the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Devise effective employee engagement activities and drive them across locations in partnership with the business HR teams
- Design & drive programs, processes and systems related to performance management, talent management, and diversity and employee wellness
- Engage employees and manages the employees change management process, to work as single point of contact for the Plans and executes programs for management of employees to ease and speed up the work
- Act as liaison to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization
- Liaise with senior leadership team in context of employee communication, employer branding, engagement surveys and action planning and implement organization-wide programs
- Reporting and analytics around various people processes
- Program-manage various developmental & strategic programs at corporate level
- HR analytics
Requirements :
- Candidates in HR CoE roles would be ideal
- Some knowledge of HRIS. Experience on any HRMS would be an advantage
- Must have data orientation to do HR analysis
Educational & Experience Requirements :
- MBA (or any equivalent degree) from reputed institute
- 4 - 6 years of experience
