Manager - Talent Management[HRBP/Hr Transformation][Myanmar][Only consulting] Company: Global MNC [Services] Location:Myanmar CTC details: 3500 USD + 600 USD Accomodation Only Male candidates Job profile -&nbsp; Job details and purpose :&nbsp; Job title internal- Manager, Talent Management Job title external - Senior Manager, Talent Management Business Unit - Central Services Business Segment - OTH-OTH: Central Services Business Line - OTH-OTH: Central Services Function People &amp; Organization -&nbsp; Sub-Function Talent Management Personnel segmentation ML1 Country - Myanmar Location - Yangon Geographic scope - Country wide Functional superior - Director, Country P&amp;O Administrative superior - Director, Country P&amp;O Job summary - Formulate and implement organizational development framework and initiatives in line with the global Talent Lifecycle Management framework (including talent pool management, leadership development, etc.); drive company-wide communication and review implementation effectiveness Business metrics - Managing functional operating budgets and costs - Managing country-wide organizational development/ leadership/talent management budgets and costs Organizational structure Essential responsibilities :&nbsp; General responsibilities - Manage P&amp;O departmental operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable - Execute/manage management team's decisions on short-/long-term P&amp;O initiatives in line with company's business direction - Drive implementation of tactical day-to-day P&amp;O processes across business operations - Drive recruiting planning strategies (e.g. forecasting, short-/medium-term manpower requirements, etc.) to align with, and meet, business demands and P&amp;O cost control - Develop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategies - Execute initiatives on organization design changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Execute performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunities - Propose market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement and retention - Execute short-/long-term company-wide training and development strategies to cater for development needs - Manage deployment of P&amp;O services delivery, systems and work tools utilization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable manner - Prepare periodical reports to provide validated P&amp;O metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions - Drive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training - Execute change management initiatives across the organization Leadership responsibilities - Manage and oversee team's delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set - Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of P&amp;O Talent Management and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function - Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of P&amp;O Talent Management and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning Job requirements :&nbsp; Functional skills and knowledge - Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing P&amp;O strategies/initiatives to achieve business goals with tangible P&amp;O metrics - Demonstrate understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics and critical success factors - Demonstrate experience in analyzing complex data, understand business implications and make recommendations to the management team - Demonstrate experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical P&amp;O core functions - Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) - Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
