Drive and implement the Talent Strategy to ensure best-in-class talent management execution.
Key areas of focus will include
- Performance management and assessment (flawless PRCP cycle delivery and enhanced quality of IDPs & mid-year assessments), the human resources planning process (key people, key roles)
- Succession planning through a robust implementation and follow-up on key talent through the OI process at all levels of the organization.
- The Talent Manager will need to establish an in-depth understanding of the key talent in the organization and provide support to the HR Leadership Team on the Talent Management processes.
