Purpose of the role : The position leads the CoE for talent management which includes conceptualization, design and implementation of Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition.
Major KRAs:
- Design & implement an all-encompassing Talent Management
- Plan and execute Talent Management initiatives to drive positive business outcomes
- Drive Performance Management Process & Outcomes
- Design, develop and implement L&D related initiatives for each Business
- Design and implement appropriate HR Analytics for assess the effectiveness of the L&D programs
Ideal candidate : 5+ years of experience in talent management, L&D from a consulting background.
