Manager - Talent Management - FMCG/Auto (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement key organizational processes such as Employee Assessments and Apex Talent Review (relating to Talent Mgmt of Ex band and above) and play the role of PROCESS CUSTODIAN for these processes
- Analyze feedback received from employees on these processes and apply learnings from research and best practices in improving process effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide tactical support for the development of solutions under the strong guidance of Sr. COE Partner
- Leverage technology and analytics (including dashboarding) extensively in bringing about process effectiveness and efficiencies
- Ensuring the right communication and implementation of various Talent Management initiatives in the organization
- Provide updates, communicate changes and resolve queries raised by BHR, line and employees
- Develop and run centralized Organisation wide processes, programs (such as GET MBA, GMC, MAP) and events as per the guidelines
- Support on-ground implementation of new interventions as per the project timelines and requirements
