Opportunity to design the entire Talent Management framework for a leading distribution firm. The role will report directly into the Head of People Practices as an individual contributor. Must be open to work on alternate Saturdays Responsibilities: - Define the Talent Management Philosophy and Framework in line with organizational goals - Define processes for identification and segmentation of talent - Design development &amp; engagement interventions for different talent segments - Define leadership development, people manager framework, design programs for upgrading people manager and leadership capabilities - Develop competency &amp; career frameworks, facilitate assessments and design programs to bridge gaps - Design interventions towards enhancing organizational culture and becoming a Great Place to Work - Communicate and create pull towards programs, build a culture of self-learning and development - Identify and implement suitable technology solutions to support the above Requirements: - Min 5 yrs experience as with a consulting firm in the Talent Management/OD space - Adept at designing frameworks &amp; processes from scratch basis organizational needs - Ability to create buy in for interventions amongst HR and Business Leadership - Full time MBA is preferred
