Manager - Talent Management & Development - Internet/Online (3-6 yrs)

Purpose of the Job : 

As a Lead - Talent Management, you will facilitate the organization in transitioning from Talent Acquisition to Retention to Talent Management, linking the culture of the organization to business needs. You will build a business- focused learning and development platform for employees to increase their value proposition and enable them to innovate and grow. You would lead the employee engagement charter for your region

Key Deliverables : 

- Lead the performance management cycle (PMS) right from KRA-setting, performance and leadership competency review, normalization and increment and promotion cycle. - Support development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for a - range of talent management initiatives/ programmes

- Design and execute the employee engagement framework in line with Gallup engagement survey results; Execute career pathing & succession planning frameworks and systems

- Build a culture of Reward and Recognition in the Organization, with adequate controls in place. Follow guidelines and use innovative ways for assimilation of AIR values in the organization

- Lead the Learning and Development need identification and plan for the fulfillment of the same for the function

- Drive & own Workforce Planning for business units

Skills Required:


 - Strong experience in talent management and development 


- Adept at working in an ambiguous environment 


- Should possess strong knowledge of market trends, best practices and technology 


- Strong consulting and facilitation skills

Educational Qualifications : 

- MBA-HR from a premier institute

Work Experience : 

- 3-5 years

- Any industry

- Complete recruitment life cycle management for all SBUs

- Effective utilization of internal and external sources of recruitment like (HR Activ, IJPs, consultants, employee referrals, job sites, social media etc.

- Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring at regular time intervals (TAT, Source Utilization, Requisition : Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire, Gender diversity); analyzing hiring gaps and designing hiring guidelines to get desired quality and cost

- Periodic analysis and improvement of talent acquisition process via various short term & long term improvement projects like TA Manual, talent market share etc.

- Responsible for operational projects that deal with a range of manpower related issues at a PAN-India level. E.g. Outplacements, Redeployment etc
