Looking for HR (Talent Manager) folks for one of the US-based consulting experience.

Yrs of experience: 1-4 yrs of experience in Consulting, global talent management.

Education: Masters from XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, MDI

- Coordinate training (globally)

- Coordinate recruiting (for lateral hires in India; including managing relationships with recruiting firms)

- Run performance evaluations (globally)

- Run project staffing (globally)

- Consultant onboarding

- Run the mentor program (globally)

- Maintain relevant regulatory compliance

- Coordinate company events (e.g. town halls, offsites, wellness events)
