Job Description
- Drive a HR Digital transformation culture and implement Technology that drives digital process
- Integrate the database of HR for all the location and implement process workflows across HR functions
- Create and drive HR Analytics process in HR Function
- Enable the desired outcomes of Leadership Development Programmes
- Design and execute the governance of Talent Roadmap
- Design and execute the Talent Insights, Employee Engagement programme
- Own and drive the Development programs for functions like IT, Finance, HR and Supply Chain
