- This role is responsible for driving, deploying, and maintaining global Talent Management strategy and initiatives that address talent and organizational development needs for the enterprise.
- This position will support and facilitate talent management/organization development initiatives that may include, but are not limited to: talent management strategy, workforce planning, talent reviews & succession planning, performance management, change management, organization design, talent analytics, and leadership development.
- Additionally, this role will support India talent management needs.
- Develop and enhance tools, models, and processes for talent management and talent/organizational development programs and activities.
- Seek out and incorporate feedback from leaders, employees, and HR team members on efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes of talent processes.
- Create talent strategies to address business needs including building a strong talent pipeline, fostering a positive employee experience, and developing organizational talent and capabilities.
- Identify, design, develop, execute, and manage global and local initiatives in partnership with other HR colleagues to support the talent needs of our global business including any associated needs assessment, communication/change management, program deployment and other structured project/program management practices. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to improve success of programs.
- Help assess, build, and foster a supportive and engaging company culture with talent programs and activities.
