Manager - Talent Management
Job responsibilities :
- Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through focused career development and performance management
- Champion the individual development plan of employees including critical talent, deepen understanding of managers on individual development best practices and facilitate the overall implementation of career mapping of high potentials, emerging leaders and managers through talent marketplace.
- Interface with HR Tech teams and BHRs to implement seamless employee experience through the process.
Qualifiers :
- MBA from Tier I B- School
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to think systems and processes
- Ability to translate highly ambiguous employee experience issues into structured problems, and to develop well-founded solutions in a structured way
- Driven by data and a proven track record to develop and provide relevant reporting metrics on program results. Able to create, define dashboards, metrics, measurements of success, and conduct regular reporting to key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working with multiple stakeholders and teams for smooth execution of projects
