Manager - Talent Engagement - Shared Services/KPO/BPO/Consulting - XLRI/TISS (8-10 yrs)

One of our Mnc clients is looking to hire HR candidates with minimum 8-10 years- experience with good pedigree (XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis, MDI). -

Role is - Senior HR Engagement Partner- to handle approx. 3000 employees for Pune and Chennai

Responsibilities :

- Understand and support business through its transformation journey via identifying people impact of business practices

- Creating organisation structures; identifying roles at each levels and reviewing internal capability fitment of existing talent

- Internal capability assessment, as per transformation needs of business

- Support deployment of leadership development activities post 9box implementation

- Bring in an outside in perspective, via external benchmark of HR practices

- Support in drive the People Agenda for the site - review project plan and support closure of PA, C&B, EES, Training nominations, 9 box for GMs, career development, People development

- Play a partner role in process level business initiatives - design, deploy and communication plans

- Support the Communication cascade / change champion for the transformation vision of the function

- Support the evolution of the HR team, for the organisation by participating / leading initiatives affecting the entire team.

Prefer candidates from Shared Services/ Kpos/Bpos/Consulting /Offshoring Entities
