Job Description
- Candidate will be responsible for employee engagement, employee recognition, management of attrition and building retention strategy.
- Part of the role will also be driving the Global Language Program and the employee induction process.
- He / She will be working closely with the Regional COE leads of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management as well as HRBPs and will be responsible for these activities across all verticals of API, OSD, Injectables, Commercial and Support.
- He/She will also partner with the Regional Communications Head on internal communication to employees.
Salary Range: 7 - 16 LPA
