Manager - Talent Acquisition - Volume Hiring - Non IT - Bank (4-8 yrs)
We are looking out for Manager - Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring - Non IT) with banking MNC
The role involves -
- Handling end to end recruitment process.
- Handling bulk hiring and lateral hiring process.
- Develop, prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals.
- Source and attract candidates from multiple sources including databases, job portals, social networking sites, referrals, cold calling, mass mailing and self-data banks.
- Identify, pre-screen and evaluate qualified candidates.
- Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries on company standards.
- Ensure Closing positions within stipulated time-period.
- Make offers for selected candidates.
- Prepare various reports.
