- Partnering the functions for Talent acquisition through various internal and external channels (End- to- end)
- Managing the recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources for the Business.
- Developing proactive supply chain of candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify roles in interview and selection process.
- Proactively identify and facilitate ongoing operational efficiencies in terms of policies and process gaps.
- Independently managed Talent Acquisition related analysis, like staffing plan, offer to joining, HC analysis, source mix, hiring trends, etc. Ensuring accurate numbers& statistics for KPI fulfilment.
