Description
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition for Tech, Design and Product across levels and Teams
- Building overall talent strategy including determining number, skills and experience of people to be inducted into the company in order to meet the planned client requirement and improve overall productivity of the teams
- Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager right from board approval of Head count & initiate hiring process till on boarding
- Supporting line of business recruitment strategies aligned to annual business goals (diversity, digital, etc.)
- Working on Talent Strategy Design, Planning, Acquisition, Headcount Budgeting and Forecasting
- Working on Talent Assessment and Retention Strategies
- Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers
- Driving several special projects/initiatives
- Very good interpersonal skills with a strong track record of success.
