Our client is a VC-backed fintech platform that focuses on automating the tax and financial systems for individuals across the globe. Their app uses a smart AI process and calculates various taxes and expenses as per the local law to show accurate deductions and charges in real-time and in an itemised manner. This helps the users to identify and manage their expenses and save more time and money. Secured by Mastercard and other well-known Payment Gateway products, the app makes sure not to store or share any user details like names and passwords, upholding utmost data security. With the founders and the team working out of the US and India, they are ensuring that their customers don- t have to worry about any expense ever again!

As a Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech, you will identify, source, interview, and hire candidates for all development positions.

You will be a hustler with proven experience sourcing candidates in a technical/ creative field, with a tireless approach to researching and contacting the world's best talent, and an undying passion for the company and its vision.

What you will do:

- Hustling and coming up with creative ways to source the smartest candidates

- Identifying and approaching potential candidates in engineering and product

- Utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and other sources to effectively source passive candidates

- Building candidate databases: targetting organizations and markets, establishing networks and qualifying prospects

- Reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations in order to keep on top of job and industry knowledge

- Effectively tracking outreach, candidate flow, and preparing recruiting reports

- Effectively representing the company, its vision, and the team to potential candidates

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, in the tech industry

- Excellent interviewing, networking, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Experience engaging and attracting passive candidates

- Ability to positively represent the organization to potential candidates

- Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information

- Superior ability to build and maintain relationships

- Proficient with MS Office

- Important but not necessary:

- Recruitment agency background.

- Experience in tech/ engineering recruiting.

- Track record of success in owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines
