Manager - Talent Acquisition (Tech start-ups /product-based)
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Location: Hitech city Whitefield( Now Work from Home )
Gender: Male / female
CTC: 10 LPA to 12 LPA plus Incentives or Variables
KRA :
- Gathering the requirements from the hiring manager for short and long-term requirements in hiring for these departments (Tech and Product - from Junior to Senior Leadership level).
- Handling a small team of 4 to 8 members. (Team handling is not mandatory).
- Will be also responsible for closing senior-level roles (individual contributions) - VP Engineering, GM, Director, Principal Engineers, Engineering Managers, for product and Tech teams.
- Also, will be handling teams' productivity and mentoring them.
Skills and experience:
- Want candidates who have been hired for Tech start-ups (ola, swiggy, ninja, etc) or product-based organizations (Amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart), etc.
- Product hiring experience is an added advantage.
- We can hire from Consultancy or companies.
