We have an opening as a Manager - Talent Acquisition (Tech hiring) with one of our Ecommerce client.

Job Description :
- Develop and implement creative sourcing techniques including Internet recruiting/advertisement, cold calling, and networking to maintain a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Manage a team of recruiters
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Understand recruiting demands and specific skill profiles
- Source profile from various recruitment channel
- Screen applications and help select candidates
- Organize and facilitate Recruitment activities
- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities
- Responsible for post-offer management
- Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
- Utilize recruiting database and tools
- Review recruit files for completeness
- Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request identify issues and recommend actions
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholder group
- Cooperate with and provide status to Recruiting Leadership other Recruiters HR and Channel Management Sourcing regarding candidates
