Roles and Responsibility :
- Devise Hiring Strategies across all levels of hiring
- Strategize and implement the best hiring practices and policies
- Workforce planning - Engage with stakeholders to finalize recruitment plans, and budgets
- Stakeholder engagement - understand the organization's future and work with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics
- Hire, develop, engage and retain a top-notch talent acquisition team
- Should have experience working as a People Manager for more than 5 years.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners, OD and CnB teams
- Mentor the team on new TA initiatives
- Drive effective TA strategies to attract and hire talent
- Build a culture of appreciation and recognition
