Job Summary :
- We are seeking highly motivated individuals for our Staffing and Recruitment Team
- Responsible for hiring across positions mainly Business.
- Manage end to end process of hiring from sourcing to on boarding with inputs from Manager(s) and Senior Management for all vacancies
- Assisting team in planning search strategies and facilitating sourcing and screening of appropriate profiles according to the Job Specification.
- Plan recruitment initiatives for lateral and niche skills hiring across roles.
- Partner closely with the Hiring Managers and HR Manager to get a holistic understanding of the hiring needs and therefore execute the hiring plans effectively.
- Oversee upgrade of all Job Specifications and hiring strategy on a quarterly basis.
- Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job Specifications for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; coaching and counseling hiring managers on candidate selection; analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes in hiring strategy
- Developing a common company branding message on social media and train HR executives in updating sales pitches to attract talent to the organization.
- To build, develop and maintain relationship with the candidates, other HR team members and Hiring Managers for efficient discharge of duties
Skills :
- Team Leadership and supervision
- Experience in end to end recruitment lifecycle processes recruiting Non-IT Infrastructure related positions is must.
- Phone Skills, recruiting skills, Interviewing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Result Driven
- Knowledge on Mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research
- Ability to screen candidates for cultural and personality fitment
- Strong coaching and mentoring skill
- Excellent influential and interpersonal skills with people at all levels
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills

Experience :
- Min 4+ years experience in recruitment.
- 2+ Years' of team handling experience

Qualification :
- Any Graduate & MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
