We are seeking to identify experienced Talent Acquisition experts for a key position with our client in technology, to be based at Pune. You should preferably be an MBA with 8-12 years of experience and have a successful track record in Talent Acquisition either with Industry or with highly structured and prestigious recruitment companies. You are expected to know the entire recruitment cycle from position origination to candidate on-boarding, with demonstrated expertise in managing strategic hiring independently, for middle and senior positions across business verticals. Key aspects: - Profile creation - Role communication - Employer brand communication - Candidate identification and sourcing - Interview and Evaluation - Candidate engagement - Selections and closure - Post-offer tracking - On-boarding While you would be expected to have all-round capability, must-haves would be stakeholder management (hiring managers) and candidate sourcing through multiple channels including personal initiatives and vendor management. - Very good brand communication skills would be a strong positive and could be looked at as a separate specialisation as well. - You must be data driven with fluent familiarity on spreadsheets, presentations and analytics. - You must be already proficient in or willing to engage with, new-age technologies like AI in people search and cognitive intelligence based evaluation as well as global and cross country searches for specialists and senior management professionals.
