Manager - Talent Acquisition/Sourcing & Screening - IT

Looking for a global sourcing and screening manager to be based in Bangalore First preference /Gurgaon).

The purpose of this role is to set up a global sourcing and screening hub.

Looking for candidates with 16 + years experience in shared services or software companies who have set up Talent acquisition global sourcing and screening teams of 20 +.

- This role will involve you to work with the regional TA manager and work for the sourcing strategy across multiple regions .

- You should be a strong people manager with prior experience of working with a geographically dispersed team .

- Lead, mentor & develop sourcing and screening teams.

- Will be responsible for delivery of talent across regions.

- Help TA heads with market intelligence, market insights, talent landscape and work as a sme to them. You will lead 2 teams - global sourcing amd glonal screening.

- Global sourcing team will be responsible forproactive pipeline building.

- The screening team will manage thescreening and primary fitment of all applications
