Manager - Talent Acquisition - Sales Hiring - IT/Telecom

Job Description (Tentative JD):-

- Experience in end to end recruitment Lifecycle Management for Sales hiring.

- Ability to support business with due quality & stakeholder management from time to time

- Ensure a strong partnership with Business on Deliverables

- Team Management & closely work with each member

- Experience in TA project management with focus on process, compliance & governance

- Partner Management .

- Building strong eco-system to support business needs, e.g. Partner Eco System, Innovative Hiring Solutions for Business

- Ability to drive accountability on process & policies of TA .

- Network with business & have the visibility of future focus on TA Delivery.
