They are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist who will lead excellence in Talent Acquisition process and will be responsible for managing key deliverables on all TA metrics. This will entail partnering with function heads and HODs to identify their sourcing requirements, map the relevant external talent pool and recruit for roles across levels. Job Description: Reporting into the Sr. Manager. - Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include, - Responsible for recruiting for positions across levels (Majorly Mid-Level Recruitment), primarily for corporate functions and specific requirements in businesses. - Be involved in leadership sourcing across the group - Review the current recruitment process for the organization and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact - Drive process adherence and capturing of all relevant information on the recruitment system - Manage the candidate experience and ensure seamless interaction - Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool - Explore different sources of recruitment to optimize recruitment costs - Identify and engage with recruitment partners, negotiate terms of service and alignment with the organization's policy The Successful Applicant : - You must have expertise and understanding of talent acquisition across different positions and specialist roles - You will come with 2-3 years of strong experience in recruitments, candidate assessments, fitment analysis and on-boarding with exposure and use of technology platforms in the talent acquisition space - You should be mobile to different locations across India for short term or long term assignments - You should have an MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institute - Our client is an equal opportunity employer What's on Offer: Excellent opportunity to be in a Large Retail company.
