Wenger & Watson Inc is looking at hiring a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager

- You will be responsible of internal Talent acquisition role

- Would lead a team of 6-7 TA team members who would be direct reporters.

- Responsible for their work productivity, performance, career growth.

- You have excellent communication skills

- Excellent proven experience in hiring recruiters, lead recruiters, Account Managers, Leadership hiring

- You come with great Talent landscaping and Talent mapping capabilities.

- Should have handled volume hiring.

- Expertise on job portals, social media, networking, referencing and any other trending recruiting techniques.

- Should be an immediate joiner.

- B.Tech with MBA would be preferred.

Salary Offered : 8 - 10 LPA
