Manager - Talent Acquisition/Recruitment - Construction/Interiors/Building Materials Firm (5-10 yrs)
Our client is a fast growing, well-funded firm in the domain of providing Interior Design solutions. They are looking for a "TA Manager" for their organization to join them as soon as possible. The position is based in Thane.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire Recruitment process, managing Stake-holders and managing the team. He will be responsible for on-time and within-budget hiring.
To qualify for these positions you should:
- Have a good educational background
- Have around 5+ years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Have at least 2 years of experience in leading a team
- Must have experience in Building Materials, Construction, Interior Design, Architect or similar domains
- MUST HAVE the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have good experience in managing Hiring Managers and their expectations
- Have good experience in closing tough-to-fill positions
- Have good experience in establishing and managing SOPs and targets
- Have Excellent Communication and English articulation Skills
- Be from Mumbai/Thane region (locals only)
