Manager - Talent Acquisition/Process Excellence - FMCG (7-10 yrs)

Recruitment Senior Analyst is a Team manager position, part of Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. The role holder is responsible for Provide staffing support that is aligned to a specific internal functional client team with a goal of filling open roles with qualified internal talent efficiently while achieving target metrics such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS) and system accuracy. You will own the entire internal staffing process for each requisition including req opening, candidate presentation, interview set up and candidate selection for high-volume, salaried, multi-incumbent roles within a specific area or sector.

The deliverable of this role will be seamless recruitment process for assigned roles within the organization, stakeholder management, interaction with hiring managers and internal applicants, talent acquisition managers or HR Business partners as part of ensuring smooth delivery. Required to manage operations, people, performance, dashboard reporting, senior management presentations and continuously work towards process improvements and automation


- Manage Internal recruitment process and supervise a team of recruitment coordinations

- Responsible on SLA objectives, process and team performance, effective and efficient delivery from screening to selection and onboarding

- Ensure timely service delivery, accuracy, completing all tasks with quality of service

Process knowledge

- Act as Subject matter expert on the process and should be good with documentation and be process oriented

- Improve internal mobility experience for our associates through proactive, transparent & timely communication, regardless of the hiring outcome

- Screen, assess, and evaluate internal candidates on as-needed bases and present qualified, endorsed applicants to the hiring team

- Ensure timely, consistent, open and effective communications between the candidate(s) and hiring team throughout the search

Relationship management:

- Communicate and educate clients on the staffing policies and processes for internal mobility and find opportunities to advance those efforts as a unified organization

- Foster partnerships that yield consistent ongoing communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility

- Build and maintain productive working relationships with multiple individuals, including hiring managers, HR partner(s), and TA Operations

- Oversee the feedback process to ensure timely feedback to all candidates and determine the next steps in the recruitment process. You will lead this process in an attempt to gain mutual consensus with the hiring manager and their team on candidate selection

Continuous Improvement / Efficiency:

- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement

- Ensure consistent service delivery of agreed process andcomplete transaction tracking to capture SLAs
