Manager - Talent Acquisition - Pharma Domain (7-10 yrs)
Requirements -
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources Function in a reputed organization
- High on integrity, trustworthiness, and collaboration
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various Talent Acquisition programs
- Excellent communication skills: the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.
- Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Should have strong analytics, presentation and interpersonal skills, negotiation & Conflict resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead end to end recruitment for the assigned business unit that includes internal, external and campus hiring.
- Have a thorough understanding of the function and roles.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build robust hiring strategies that generate consistent and high-quality talent pool.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement with candidate and hiring manager experience, data analytics, productivity, and planning.
- Proactively seeks out market intelligence and should be proactive in trying new methodologies, experiment, and innovation to solve the hiring challenges.
- Formulate and execute the campus strategy and plan for the business unit.
- Manage a team of sourcing specialists and/or recruiters.
