Manager - Talent Acquisition - Pharma/Agri

This is an individual Contributor Role with an MNC client in the B2B Industry. The role will report into the the Head Talent Acquisition and will be a part of the TA CoE.

The roles and responsibilities will be as follows :

- Assess and cater to all the manpower needs of the organisation across all Business Lines

- Managing internal stakeholders to understand role requirement and building strong partnerships with hiring managers

- Evaluating the profiles and managing the process till offer generation and closure

- Working on the sourcing strategy, working and managing relationships with the external recruitment agencies, internal partners

- Enhancing employee referral model internally

The successful candidate comes with the below :

- 7-12 years experience in HR with a strong experience in Lateral Hiring

- You have hired for Manufacturing, Supply chain and R&D teams
