The Manager, People & Culture and Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment of open positions in South Asia.
The role will work closely with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and support and will execute recruitment strategies to ensure that the company attracts the best talent to deliver on our business objectives.
The role will develop strong partnerships with both internal and external customers and apply innovative interview and assessment techniques to meet both existing and forecasted talent needs.
The Manager, People & Culture and Talent Acquisition will build pipelines of qualified candidates and develop innovative and creative methods to source talent and promote the Company.
It's an Individual Contributor Role.

Minimum Requirement:
- MBA with Tier 1 or Tier 2 College Must
- Minimum 6+ years experience as a Human Resource professional with at least 4 years of recruitment experience; including experience in a corporate recruiting role or in an agency/search firm role. (MNC Background Must)
- Experience recruiting a variety of roles and candidates
