Manager - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Law Firm (10-15 yrs)
A top-tier law firm in Delhi is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process in the Human Resources department.
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Hands-on experience on Enterprise Resource Planning software
- Maintaining CV Tracker, Coordinating interviews.
- Back and forth coordination with Partners and Candidates.
- Maintaining a database in excel and providing when required.
- Monitor internal HR systems, HR metrics and databases
- Monitoring manpower cost v/s revenue & budgets on a regular basis
- Create detailed reports on HR costs
- Responsible for entire gamut of campus recruitment activity (Pre-campus, On-Campus, Post-Campus activities)
- Preparing offers and conducting Induction programs for employees.
- 10 + years of work experience
- Good communications skill
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
