Manager - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - IT (13-17 yrs)
1)Manage overall HR Shared Services performance across processes (Global Onboarding & Recruitment). Responsible for HR System ensuring processes are aligned and it's used effectively for business success.
2)Build a continuous service improvement process and consult with process owners/COE/ HRPB's to explore opportunities to mature/ optimize key processes.
3)Develop and maintain appropriate operation policies, guidelines and procedure
Responsible for team and cross functional stakeholder management (Business Leaders, HR Leaders, Line HR, Subject matter Experts).
4)Design and implement impactful HR Strategies & Processes to deliver results for distribution
5)Manage End to End Delivery excellence, SLA, and KPI Management and ensure flawless execution of operational processes and procedures.
6)Conceptualize & initiate Digital On-boarding process & governance framework
Contribute to solution designing and creating SOP for Experienced Recruitment and Onboarding.
7)Drive continuous process improvement (CPI) using process re-engineering, building policies framework, benchmarking and manage within FTE/Cost.
8)Migrate work from legacy tools and processes to Global Shared Services Management. End to End service design with scope enhancement of SSC to deliver services centrally Able to own the entire processes from requirement understanding to delivery end to end
9)Able to prioritize among multitasking activities for self and team to ensure stakeholder delight
