About Client: Our client is a network infrastructure platform looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager for their Navi Mumbai office. This is an Individual contributor with possibility of team management in future. This role will report into the Head HR. Role & Responsibilities: - End-to-end TA; building up the TA vertical (sourcing, interviewing, transaction, negotiation, diverse & cross- functional roles handling; roles to be hired for: tech and non-tech hiring, marketing, product, customer experience & customer success) - Perform end-to-end recruitment activity and build talent pipelines - Identification & usage of various channels to aid the hiring process - Measurement of key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire, adherence to TAT - Working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership Ideal Candidate: someone who comes with 6-8 years of end-to-end TA experience, preferably from IT, tech domain, complex environment, start-up, network & telecom set-up. Someone who comes with go getter attitude, good communication skills, flexible, open minded with an appetite to learn.
