Need : 4 -10 yrs

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Secured and unsecured products in NBFC Specifically LAP.

- Manage recruitment initiatives and collaborations with placement agencies.

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's workforce needs.

- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.

- Maintain and update recruitment databases and generate reports on hiring metrics.

Skills and Qualifications :

- MBA HR

- 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Micro LAP /NBFC sector.

- Proven track record in hiring sales roles for LAP in South India.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously .
