- Working on approved positions/JD form line function

- Maintaining the ratio of Internal vs. External hiring at a reasonable level

- Offer the candidate in consultation with C&B lead for internal parity

- Keeping track of and recording all recruitment activities going in India

Profile

- Looking for someone who comes in with 7+ years of experience

- MBA degree is preferred

- Desire to seek out new experiences, knowledge, and candid feedback and an openness to learning and change
