Manager - Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing/Infra - IIM/XLRI/TISS (4-10 yrs)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Excel in terms of headhunting, social media hiring, talent mapping, and other unconventional methods.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each position
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA-HR from IIM/XLRI/TISS/any other Tier-1 institute with 5-10years of experience in talent acquisition.
- A mixed exposure of consulting + corporate is highly preferred.
- Has extensive knowledge of Headhunting, talent mapping, leadership hiring, etc.
